The Eastern Cluster currently comprises of a nurses from both Vote Education and Vote Health schools.

The schools in the geographical area generally have high student rolls in excess of 2000 students. The health needs of the youth population in the eastern area are often overlooked due to the perceived wealth of the region.

The local PHO 'East Health Trust' are currently working with schools geographically located in the eastern suburbs to identify and address the youth health needs in the area. Links are also being established to promote youth lead health councils in our schools with the assistance of outside providers, such as Youthline.
